When you place an order, we may collect your name, phone number, delivery address, selected items, order notes, pickup or delivery preference, table number when opened through a QR code, and basic technical information needed to run the app.
How we use information
We use order information to prepare food, contact you about your order, deliver the order when delivery is selected, print receipts for restaurant staff, and operate the customer ordering experience.
Accounts
The current 369 Family Restaurant app does not require a customer account. Orders can be placed by providing the contact details required for fulfillment.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Order details are shared only with the restaurant team and service providers that are necessary to operate hosting, ordering, delivery coordination, and support.
Retention
Order information is kept only as long as needed for restaurant operations, support, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.
